NC Society for Public Health Education: NC SOPHE 2014 Annual Meeting Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities

The North Carolina Chapter of the Society for Public Health Education (NC SOPHE) is seeking exhibitors and advertising sponsors for their 2014 Annual Meeting –“Health Education, Public Health and Beyond.” This meeting will be held September 10-12, 2014 in Winston-Salem, NC at the Hawthorne Inn.

NC SOPHE annual meeting attendees are educators, communicators, and decision-makers in all walks of health education and health promotion. Approximately 100 attendees represent:

· Elementary & Secondary Schools

· Wellness Facilities

· Businesses & Corporations

· Medical Care Organizations

· Hospitals & Clinics

NC SOPHE is seeking exhibitors that provide health promotion resources including: textbooks, videos, publications, software, continuing education programs, advanced degree programs, patient education materials, research reports, manuals, health education and health promotion research and other resources.

Sponsor Opportunity! In addition to exhibitors, NC SOPHE invites sponsors to purchase advertising space in our conference program. Sponsorship opportunities with NC SOPHE offer the chance to promote your brand, products, and services with key, influential professionals in the field of health education.

Exhibitor & Sponsor Opportunities	Cost
Exhibitor Space – ONE DAY Exhibitors will be provided with one table, one chair, and boxed lunch for one. Exhibits must be set-up and ready for display by 8:30am on Thursday, September 11^th.	$35
Exhibitor Space (for conference attendees) – ONE DAY This option is for NC SOPHE members who are paying to attend the conference and would like to provide an exhibit as well. This option does not include an additional lunch. Exhibits must be set-up and ready for display by 8:30am on Thursday, September 11^th.	$25
Exhibitor Space – TWO DAYS Exhibitors will be provided with one table, one chair, and boxed lunch for one, for each day. Exhibits must be set-up and ready for display by 8:30am on Thursday, September 11^th and Friday, September 12^th.	$65
Exhibitor Space (for conference attendees) – TWO DAYS This option is for NC SOPHE members who are paying to attend the conference and would like to provide an exhibit as well. This option does not include an additional lunch – only 1 lunch per day. Exhibits must be set-up and ready for display by 8:30am on Thursday, September 11^th and Friday, September 12^th.	$55
